Cynlluniau Arfaethedig ar gyfer Neuadd Bentref newydd

Cais Cynllunio wedi gyflwyno 29 Awst 2023 ac wedi gymeradwyo ar y 10 Hydref 2023.
Y dyddiad i gyflwyno gwybodaeth gyda cadarnhad o’r cais cynllunio ac adroddiad am y broses tendro i’r Cynulliad oedd 3 Hydref 2023 ond cafwyd estyniad hyd at 22 Tachwedd 2023 ac erbyn hynny bydd popeth yn ei le. Mae Sauro Architectural wedi cwblhau y cynlluniau ac wedi ei trosglwyddo i Penfro Design i baratoi amcangyfrif pris a dogfennau i anfon i gontractwyr i dendro. Mae cwmni Mike Wyatt wedi gwneud y gwaith cynllunio strwythurol.
Proposed Plans for new Village Hall
Planning application was submitted on 29 August 2023 and full planning approval was granted on 10 October 2023.
The original date for submission of planning approval and priced tender was 3 October 2023 but we requested and been granted an extension until 22 November 2023, by which time everything will be in place for submission to the Welsh Assembly Grants Section. Sauro Architectural have completed the building plans which will be passed to Penfro Design for detailed costings and Bill of Quantities to send out to tendering contractors. Mike Wyatt has completed all necessary design calculations for the structure and SUDS design for the drainage.
