Mae’r Neuadd yn Elusen Gofrestredig ac yn eiddo i’r gymuned, yn cael ei rhedeg gan bwyllgor o ymddiriedolwr, aelodau etholedig, aelodau fel cynrychiolwyr a gwirfoddolwyr ac mae unrhyw elw er budd y Neuadd.
Mae’r Neuadd yn ychwanegu at safon byw yn y gymuned ac yn cynnig cyfleoedd cymdeithasol, diwylliannol ac adloniant. Mae’n cynnal cysylltiadau gyda’r gymuned ac yn cefnogi cymdeithasau i weithio mewn partneriaeth.
Mae pentref Llanddarog yn enwog am adeiladau hanesyddol fel Eglwys St Twrog, tafarn yr Hydd Gwyn gyda’i thô gwellt a thafarn y Butchers yn yr ardal gyda statws cadwraethol. Enilliwyd y wobr Pentref Taclusaf yn 1961, 1971 – 73, 1986 a 1987 ac hefyd Pentref Calor y Flwyddyn yn 2002 am ddiwylliant a chafwyd ymweliad gan Dywsog Cymru yn 2003.

The Hall is a Registered Charity and is owned by the community, is run by a committee of trustees and elected members, representative members and volunteers and any profits are for the benefit of the Hall.
The Hall supplements life in the community and offers social, cultural and recreational opportunities. It maintains contact with the community and supports societies to work in partnership.
Llanddarog is famous for its historical buildings like St Twrog Church, the thached roof of the White Hart Inn and also the Butchers Arms situated within the conservation area. Llanddarog won the Best Kept Village Award in 1961, 1971 – 73, 1986 and 1987 and also the Welsh Calor Village of the year in 2002 for culture with the Prince of Wales visiting the village in 2003.
