1. Pan yn cyrraedd yr adeilad rhaid i’r llogwr nodi safleoedd y larymau, diffoddwyr ac allanfeydd tân. Dylid cadw’r allanfeydd tân yn glir pob amser.
2. Ni chaniateir ysmygu yn yr adeilad. Cyfrifoldeb y llogwr yw sicrhau bod pawb yn cadw at y rheol hon.
3. Ni chaniateir diodydd alcohol o unrhyw fath yn y Neuadd heb ganiatad y Pwyllgor Rheoli.
4. Pan yn llogi’r Neuadd dylech sicrhau bod amser gennych i baratoi a chlirio’r adeilad.
5. Rhaid i’r sawl sy’n trefnu llogi’r Neuadd fod dros 18 oed.
6. Os trefnir gweithgareddau gyda phlant, mae angen sicrhau digon o oedolion er mwyn eu goruchwylio.
7. Mae angen caniatad y Pwyllgor Rheoli os oes bwriad i osod offer fel ‘castell neidio’ yn y Neuadd.
8. Y llogwr sy’n gyfrifol am gyflenwi sachau sbwriel, cadachau golchi a sychu llestri.
9. Nid yw’r Pwyllgor Rheoli yn cymryd cyfrifoldeb am offer na nwyddau personol sydd yn cael eu gadael yn y Neuadd.
10. Dylid cymryd gofal arbennig o’r llawr. Dylai dodrefn ac offer trymion gael eu cario ac nid eu llusgo dros y llawr. Os collir hylif o unrhyw fath ar y llawr dylid sicrhau ei fod yn cael ei sychu ar unwaith.
11. Rhaid ysgubo’r lloriau’n lân a rhoi pob sbwriel yn y biniau priodol ar ddiwedd pob sesiwn a sicrhau bod y gegin a’r llestri’n lân os defnyddir nhw.
12. Dylid gadael yr holl gyfleuterau’n lân ac yn eu cyflwr gwreiddiol. Bydd y llogwr/llogwyr yn gyfrifol am ad-dalu unrhyw ddifrod a achosir.
13. Dylid hysbysu’r Pwyllgor Rheoli ynglŷn ag unrhyw ddifrod neu ddiffyg i unrhyw offer.
14. Dylid hysbysu’r Pwyllgor Rheoli os digwydd damwain yn y Neuadd.
15. Dylai pawb sydd yn llogi’r neuadd fod yn ymwybodol a chytuno gyda Polisi Amgylcheddol y Neuadd a bydd eu gweithgareddau yn cydymffurfio.
16. Dylai llogwyr gadarnhau eu bod ymwybodol a chydymffurfio gyda Pholisi’r Neuadd i amddiffyn plant ac oedolion bregus.
Eithriadau ac addasiadau i’r Amodau
Mae gan Bwyllgor Rheoli’r Neuadd hawl i wneud eithriadau i unrhyw ran o’r rheolau hyn ac i addasu’r Rheolau ac Amodau o bryd i’w gilydd.

1. The Hirer must note the position of all the fire alarm points, fire extinguishers and fire exits on arrival. Fire exits must not be obstructed.
2. This building is a non-smoking building. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure that this rule is adhered.
3. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted in the Hall without the consent of the Management Committee.
4. Bookings should be planned to include set-up and clean-up time.
5. The person arranging the hiring of the Hall must be over 18 years old.
6. If events are arranged for children, there must be enough adults present to supervise.
7. The Management Committee’s consent must be obtained before using equipment such as a ‘bouncing castle’ in the Hall.
8. Hirers need to provide their own bin bags, dishcloths and tea towels.
9. The Management Committee takes no responsibility for any equipment or personal belongings left in the Hall.
10. Care should be taken to protect the floor from damage. Furniture and other heavy objects should be lifted (by more than one person if necessary) into position and not dragged. Any spillages should be wiped-up quickly and left as dry as possible.
11. Floors should be swept, kitchen floor and surfaces cleaned and all rubbish placed in the correct bins at the end of the hire. Crockery, if used, should be washed and returned to cupboards.
12. All facilities are to be left in a clean, undamaged condition. The Hirer shall be liable to pay for any damage or breakages.
13. The Management Committee must be informed of any equipment damage or malfunction.
14. The Management Committee must be informed if an accident occurs in the Hall.
15. All those hiring the Village Hall will be expected to confirm that they are aware of the Hall’s Environmental Policy and that their own activities and use of the Hall are in conformity with it.
16. All hirers must also confirm that they have understood and will adhere to the hall’s principles and procedures regarding the safeguarding policy for children and vulnerable adults.
Exceptions and Amendments to the Conditions
The Management Committee shall have the right to make exceptions to any portion of these rules and regulations and may, from time to time, amend these rules and regulations.
