Yn Chwefror 2024, ar ôl proses dendro gystadleuol a oedd yn cynnwys
pum cwmni, dewiswyd RAP Construction Limited o St Clears fel y
contractwr llwyddiannus ar gyfer adeiladu’r neuadd. Dechreuodd y
gwaith ym Mis Mawrth, ac rydym yn falch o gyhoeddi bod y prosiect
bellach wedi ei gwblhau.
Mae’r cyfleuster newydd yn cynnwys neuadd fawr, dwy ystafell bwyllgor,
a chegin gyda chyfleusterau modern. Mae’r adeilad wedi ei ddylunio i fod
yn effeithlon o ran egni, gyda phaneli solar ar y to i gynhyrchu trydan, a
werthir i’r Rhwydwaith Cenedlaethol. Mae’r adeilad yn cael ei wresogi
drwy ddefnyddio’r broses tynnu awyr cynnes allan o awyr y tu allan.
Rydym wedi sicrhau bod y adeilad yn cynnig ystod o gyfleusterau
cyfoes. Yn y neuadd fawr, ceir llwyfan symudol, taflunydd, system sain,
a phiano baby grand. Mae un o’r ystafelloedd cyfarfod wedi ei ddarparu
gyda theledu sy’n addas ar gyfer cyflwyniadau neu hyfforddiant. Mae Wi-

In February 2024, following a competitive tendering process involving
five companies, RAP Construction Limited from St Clears was selected
as the successful contractor for the hall’s construction. Work began in
March, and we are pleased to announce that the project has now been
completed.
The new facility includes a large hall, two committee rooms, and a
modern kitchen with state-of-the-art amenities. The building has been
designed with energy efficiency in mind, featuring solar panels on the
roof to generate electricity, which is sold to the National Grid.
Additionally, heating is provided by an energy-efficient air source heat
pump system.
We’ve ensured that the building offers a range of contemporary facilities.
In the main hall, you’ll find a demountable stage, projector, sound
system, and a baby grand piano. One of the meeting rooms is equipped
with a television suitable for presentations or training. The entire building
